Do you want to have a number of submitted articles available for view on your website? The Max Article Submit system allows visitors to fill in a form with an article, and submit it for review -- by you. One simple click and you authorize the article, which automatically appears on your website. Then. other visitors can view the articles by selecting author, title, etc.

On the main article display page a listing of available articles by category and author. . Anyone can submit an article to appear on this list. Each article has a date, title, author, category and article text.

Because anyone can post to your website, an email is sent to the site owner (you) when an article is posted. Then, you have to Verify this article before it will appear on your website.

Visitors to your articles page will find a link where they can sign-up to be a submitter of articles.  Anyone who wishes to post an article will need to sign-up for a userid and password.  This allows them to edit/modify the article after it is posted. Without a login system, anyone could change anyone else's article -- and that is definitely not wanted.

After a user registers with a userid and password of their choosing, they can Add an Article. After successfully adding the article, it will sit as Pending.  You will get an email stating that the article was added. And it will be up to you to Verify the article.

The main Article List is arranged by Category and Author.  Thus, visitors can select the works of a selected author. Or select the articles in a given category.  Or they can simply choose to list all the articles available.

On most pages of the system, you’ll find little graphic symbols next to the elements of the page. These symbols have a question mark and say HELP. By clicking on these HELP buttons, you see a little pop-up screen which gives you some information about what needs to be done, at that point.
