We
begin to trust in a greater light than our limited self. No longer
holding on to our boundaries, we grow and evolve! All of Creation
supports our natural growth past the layers of parental, familial
and societal conditioning into the light. The choice to receive, use
and benefit from that support is yours, always. It is as natural to
make that simple choice in every moment as it is for the seed to
sprout and grow toward its fullest manifestation.
By
introducing one of these techniques based on praise, gratitude or
love, you start becoming more familiar with upward spirals of
upliftment. When this happens under any and all circumstances, this
has the effect of completely shifting your life, freeing you of all
stress.
As one
grows into adulthood, the nervous system becomes imprinted with
every experience it has ever had, including traumatic ones. These
imprints, or stresses, cause us to respond to various life
experiences in habitual, often negative, ways. Also, the mind
becomes filled with "chatter", constant thoughts that run
on and on, without cessation.

Course systematically erase the stresses of the past, clear our
mind of incessant chatter, and create the ability to respond to any
situation with more creativity and flexibility. (And life becomes

Experiencing
the Wonder and Joy of Life
As a
daily practice, in as little as 20 minutes with the eyes closed, the
techniques allow the body to reach a level of rest that is about
twice as deep as the deepest sleep. This allows the body's natural
healing tendencies to activate, permanently clearing the
nervous system of stress. As the stress dissolves, your ability to
handle life's challenges in the present moment increases. You begin
to experience the wonder and joy of life, the ability to live fully
in each moment.
As you
rise beyond (or "ascend" past) stress and self-defeating
beliefs, you become fully centered in the heart and reclaim your
naturally enlightened state of freedom and innocence. The techniques
are so effective because they are based on the fundamental
principles of praise, gratitude and love. They draw you inward in a
way that is extremely charming to the mind and body.
The
effects are immediate and cumulative. As the nervous system becomes
more and more clear, the heart and mind come into alignment,
producing a state of constant inner stillness, oneness and clarity.
In this state, because you are no longer reacting to the limitations
of the past or projections to the future, life is lived fully in the
present moment. This pristine clarity is not easily interrupted or
