As I sat and watched the country go to war tonight I could feel the fear around the nation. I could feel the fear in the grocery store when I went to buy milk this afternoon I saw fear when I looked at the shelves where the water used to be, all gone now, only one or two lone bottles left. Fear was also in each and every headline in the checkout line. I could even feel the fear in the post office. Everyone was rushing around and looking at no one, and everywhere I went was quieter than usual. My answer? I decided to ask my friend God about it before the fear started to overwhelm me too. As I placed my hands on the keyboard I immediately felt at peace and I knew that He was with me. The following is what He wrote to me... since it brought me peace tonight, I thought I would share God's words with you all now: I am here. I have always been here and will always be. I am the epitome of love. The world is surrounded by hate right now Â" but what is hate exactly? Hate is the opposite of love. Hate is all that I am not. Hate is an emotion like ego Â" it is without me. I am love. Keep love and light in your heart and give love and light to all the others around you. Know that I am here. Always. Talk to Me and I will guide you. Talk to Me and I will help you. Look up to Me, not down to fear. You donÂ't believe that you can do anything to stop this war. Many of you are saying 'what can one individual do?' I say, you can do more than you know. Send light to Iraq. Imagine a huge beam of white lightning hitting the entire country and those around it. Imagine this every day. Now love those around you. Help others around you. Make them smile. Laugh! Play! Walk in the light. This too shall help more than you know. Know peace in your heart and give peace to others and it will spread. Know this to be true and it will! I am here and I love you. Do not fear for IÂ'm with you and always will be. Love spreads faster than fear. Light travels faster than darkness. Send light to those in the dark. Send love to those that fear. Hold peace close to your heart and love all around you. This is how you can help stop the war. Send light and love out into the world to combat the fear and darkness. Love always wins. How do I know this? Because I am love.
