Vidya: MSI used to teach his students by simply saying, "Choose." We all have infinite freedom (whether we choose to believe this or not.) We can choose to believe what we wish. And one of the surprising things is that we often choose to limit ourselves. More than often. Most choose to limit themselves severely. (That's the very cause of suffering.)
How do you heal everyone? First, "healer, heal thyself." ThatÂ’s the first and most important step. When you give up the conception that thereÂ’s something that needs to be healed (and realize all along that your life is your choice,) then you see that everyone else is choosing their life, exactly as they wish to live it. I've seen that some people suffer due to buried beliefs that there's something wrong, combined with a deep fear to un-bury those beliefs. Which is their freedom of choice to do that.
What needs healing? The idea that we cannot choose to be whatever we want. So IÂ’ll end with MSIÂ’s greatest teaching:
